What a crunch! I only had 30 days to find my new home.. The clock was ticking and Mr. Rance quickly shared multiple properties with me to check out, it wasn’t easy at first but he stuck with me assuring me he would find my daughter and me something we could call home and that’s just what he did! It was such a blessing to meet Mr. Rance at this time .. Professional, responsive, quick-acting, explained the process, went to bat for me, kept me cool, & boom here I am.
