Going into my rental hunting experience I wasn’t sure what to expect and how to go about things. Then I met Zach Rance. It was such a pleasure working with Zach. He’s energetic, motivated, hard working, and most importantly honest. I never got to high or too low because Zach gave me an idea of the outcome on each property we looked at. It was nice knowing that he had my back and would definitely use his services again in the future, if needed.
