I looked for a solid 4 months like looked, looked. I was lucky if the phone call lasted 20 seconds once I explained my situation with my eviction during Covid. I was honestly getting desperate and coming to terms with I was going to have to live somewhere I didn’t want to be. THEN, I met you, not only did you not make me feel awful because of my eviction, you immediately made me feel like my situation wasn’t hopeless. You also got me into the exact place I wanted to be, my literal dream studio! Not to mention you were able to put me at ease whenever I would characteristically panic.
